Shipping Policy

Processing Times All products are printed to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

Fulfilment All products are printed and fulfilled to order by our production partner. Orders are dispatched from the nearest available fulfilment centre, which may vary by region.

International Orders Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Our products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and produced at the facility closest to you at the time of your order. For most orders this means fulfilment within your region, minimising the likelihood of customs charges.

However, some product types — particularly accessories such as bandanas, bucket hats, and crop tops — may be fulfilled outside your country depending on stock and capacity. In these cases, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees on arrival.

These charges are levied by your country's customs authority at the point of import and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over where fulfilment is routed or what charges may apply.

If you're unsure, we'd recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Please note: refusing delivery due to unexpected customs or import charges does not entitle the buyer to a refund of the original shipping costs.

 

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
